What is the format of the training?
U4/U5 Will all train together. 45 minutes Fun games, basic drills. 15 minutes they will be split into small groups where they will scrimmage.
U5/U6 Will all train together. 30 minutes Fun games, basic drills. 30 minutes they will be split into small groups where they will scrimmage.
U7/U8 will all train together. 30 minutes of the training will be technical work, 30 minutes they will be split into small groups where they will scrimmage.
Will my kid be on the same team for all the jamboree games for U7/U8?
Yes. For the Spring season, game day rosters will stay the same for all 4 jamboree dates.
Will the coach be the same for each game date U7/U8?
Yes that is the plan, of course life happens and if a coach cannot make a date we will provide coverage.
When will I find out what team my child is on?
U4/U5 players do not play on teams and its just training.
U5/U6 players will be split up into teams on game days. Each game day the teams will be different.
U7/U8 We announce teams a couple of weeks before the first game which is on 4/28.
Will my child need a uniform?
U4/U5 shirt is provided first week of training
U5/U6 shirt is provided first week of training
U7/U8 Yes all players are required to wear a uniform, if you have not ordered you’re uniform yet please contact Gregg.firstname.lastname@example.org
What equipment does my child need?
For training they need a size 4 ball, shin guards covered by socks, soccer shoes, and a drink.
U4/U5 players need to wear training shirt and clothing suitable to play soccer in.
U5/U6 players need to wear training shirt and clothing suitable to play soccer in.
U7/U8 players need to wear their full uniform to training.
