The plan is aimed at 11v11 players and features a variety of videos, online learning, and articles to assist with at home workouts. The goal of the at-home workout plan is to provide options and guidance for players. They can choose to do as much or as little from the plan as they choose. Younger players are also welcome to utilize the training plan which runs through April.
For almost all activities, you will need only a soccer ball and some space in the yard. Some activities require a wall, cones, or up to 30 yards length of space. If you don’t have access to these, please improvise!
