Battle Creek, Michigan – July 9, 2023 – Battle Creek Fire Soccer Club is thrilled to announce the appointment of coach David Jackson as the club’s new Director of Goalkeeping. With his experience and passion for developing young athletes, coach Jackson will play a pivotal role in elevating the club’s goalkeeping program and nurturing the talents of aspiring goalkeepers.

As the Director of Goalkeeping, coach Jackson will oversee the club’s goalkeeping offering throughout the year, focusing on providing specialized training and guidance to goalkeepers across all age groups.

Coach Jackson has a strong background in goalkeeping, having played the position and pursuing goalkeeping-specific education. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical proficiency, tactical awareness, and mental resilience, ensuring that goalkeepers receive comprehensive training to reach their full potential on and off the field.
